This class covers how a centrifugal pump works, pump curves & gauge readings, seal replacement, pump installation, shaft alignment, and pump identification. We also cover basic pump repair and maintenance of small circulators, inline pumps, base mounted pumps and double suction pumps. Includes a hands-on session on how to properly align a pump and replace a seal assembly.
