How to Use Live Chat
Use Live Chat in the Deppmann customer portal to ask quick questions and get real-time help while you are working in the site.
Live Chat is one convenient way to reach us, but you can still call, email, submit a support case, or contact your sales representative whenever another support method is a better fit.
Before You Begin
Log into the portal and gather any order number, quote number, invoice number, part number, or other reference information related to your question.
- Use Live Chat for quick questions while you are actively using the portal.
- Have relevant reference numbers ready so the Deppmann team can help faster.
- Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information in chat.
- Use phone support when the issue is urgent or complex.
