How to View Quote History

Use Quote History in My Account to find current and previous quotes, review statuses, open details, resend or download documents, request a requote, and convert eligible quotes into orders.

The portal is designed to make quoting and ordering easier, but it does not replace your Deppmann sales representative or customer service team. Contact us whenever you need help.

Before You Begin

Log into the customer portal and have the quote number, project name, or approximate quote date available.

Steps

  1. Open Quote History

    Open Quote History from My Account.

  2. Review the quote list

    Review available quotes.

    • Look for quote number, date, amount, and status.
    • Use filters or sorting tools.
  3. Understand the quote status

    Review whether the quote is active, expired, converted, or otherwise updated.

  4. Open the quote details

    Select a quote to review items, quantities, pricing, expiration date, and actions.

  5. Email or download the quote

    Use email to resend it or download a PDF copy.

  6. Request a requote when expired

    Select Request Requote when available.

  7. Convert an eligible quote

    Use Convert to Order and complete checkout.

Tips

Search with the quote number

It is the fastest way to distinguish similar requests.

Review expiration dates

Expired pricing should be refreshed.

Use downloads for outside recipients

Download the PDF when sharing elsewhere.

Keep project references consistent

This makes records easier to find.
