How to Email or Download a Quote
Use Quote History or the completed quote actions to resend a quote to the email address on file or download a PDF copy for your records or to share with another recipient.
The portal is designed to make quoting and ordering easier, but it does not replace your Deppmann sales representative or customer service team. Contact us whenever you need help.
Before You Begin
Log into your Deppmann customer portal account and have the quote number, project name, or approximate creation date available.
Steps

Open Quote History
Open Quote History from My Account.

Find the quote
Use the quote list, filters, quote number, or project information to locate the correct quote.
- Confirm the quote number and date.
- Review the quote status.
- Open the quote details when needed.

Open the quote actions
Select the quote or open its action menu to view email and download options.

Email the quote
Select the email action to resend the quote.
- The quote is sent to the email address on file for the logged-in account.
- Check spam or quarantine folders if needed.

Send the quote to a different recipient
Download the quote PDF and attach it to a separate email.

Download a PDF copy
Select the download action and save the PDF to your computer or device.
- Use a clear file name.
- Open the file to confirm it saved correctly.
Tips
The portal email action sends to the logged-in account email address.
Review quantities, pricing, and expiration date.
Include the quote or project number.
Use Request Requote before relying on expired pricing.
