Request or Revoke Employee Account Access
Use this guide to request portal access for a new employee, update access when an employee's responsibilities change, or revoke access when an employee no longer needs the portal.
Portal access should be managed carefully to protect your company's pricing, order, invoice, payment, and account information. Deppmann customer service remains available to help review and process access changes.
Before You Begin
Gather the employee's full name, business email address, job role, company location, and the type of portal access needed. For revocations, confirm the employee and account before submitting the request.
- Only request access for employees who are authorized to use your company's Deppmann account.
- Use each employee's individual business email address.
- Do not share existing employee usernames or passwords.
- Request revocation promptly when an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access.
- Identify any special access needs, such as billing, payment, returns, or account-administration tools.

Tips
Individual accounts improve security and make password recovery and account activity easier to manage.
Submit access-removal requests as soon as an employee leaves the company or changes roles.
Explain whether the employee needs ordering, billing, payment, returns, support-case, or administrative access.
Keeping a simple list of authorized portal users can make periodic access reviews easier.
