After receiving his BSEE from Saginaw Valley State University in 1996, Brad started working for Deppmann. During his career here, he has held various positions in the company over the last 27 years. He took over the Startup and Warranty Manager position in 2017.

Andrew earned a MS in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy. Andrew has over ten years working in the water quality management industry, serving on multiple industry committees with ASHRAE, IAPMO, and others.
