Download or Email an RMA Form
Use Return History to open an approved return request and download or email the available RMA form for printing and return processing.
Only use an RMA form associated with the approved return request, and follow the return instructions provided by Deppmann.
Before You Begin
Log into the portal and confirm that the return request has progressed to a status where an RMA form is available.
- Locate the correct return request in Return History.
- Confirm the return has been approved or otherwise made eligible for an RMA form.
- Review the item and quantity before using the form.
- Follow all return-location and packaging instructions.
Steps

Open Return History
Go to My Account and open Return History.

Find the return request
Locate the approved return associated with the material.

Open the return details
Review the item, quantity, status, and return instructions.

Download the RMA form
Select the available Download PDF action and save the RMA form to your device.
- Open the file to confirm it downloaded correctly.
- Print the form when instructed.
- Keep a copy for your records.

Email the RMA form
Select the email action when available to send the document electronically.

Prepare the material for return
Follow the instructions provided with the RMA.
- Use the approved return location.
- Include the RMA paperwork as instructed.
- Package the material appropriately.
- Do not substitute a different return item or quantity.

Keep the RMA reference
Retain the RMA number and a copy of the form until the return is complete.
