Managing Favorites Lists

Before You Begin

Log into the portal and identify the products or repeat-purchase groups you want to organize into Favorites Lists.

• Confirm that you are signed into the correct account.
• Think about how you want to organize lists, such as by building, project, product type, or frequently ordered items.
• Review current product details before ordering from an older list.
• Contact Deppmann if a saved item is no longer available or appears different.

Steps

1. Open My Account

   Select My Account from the portal navigation.

2. Open Favorites Lists

   Select All My Lists to view your existing lists.

3. Create a new list

   Choose the option to create a new Favorites List and enter a clear list name.

   • Use a name your team will recognize.
   • Consider naming lists by location, project, system, or recurring order type.

4. Add products to a list

   From product pages or available product actions, choose Add to Favorites and select the appropriate list.

5. Edit a list

   Open the list to review its name, items, quantities, or other available item properties.

   • Remove items that are no longer needed.
   • Update available item properties as appropriate.
   • Confirm the correct part numbers before saving changes.

6. Add a list to the cart

   Use the available Add List to Cart action when you want to purchase the items on the list.

   • Review every item after it moves to the cart.
   • Update quantities as needed.
   • Check current price and availability before checkout.

7. Delete a list

   Use the delete option when a list is no longer needed.
