Jason joined the R.L. Deppman team coming from 20+ years of mechanical contractor experience. He spent 10 years in the industry as a service technician and was an Aerco boiler certified startup tech. While in the field, he completed his bachelor’s degree from Ferris State in HVACR Engineering and transitioned into sales as a building automation sales engineer. Prior to Deppmann, he has spent the last 7 years as a sales engineer in HVAC equipment projects.
