How to Log In for the First Time
Use this guide to access the Deppmann customer portal, sign in with your provided credentials, and update your password to something secure and private.
The portal is here to make your work easier. If it does not answer your question or serve your need, Deppmann customer service and sales teams are still available to help.
Before You Begin
You will need the username and temporary password provided by Deppmann or your account administrator.
Passwords are case-sensitive, so enter your credentials exactly as provided.
Steps

Go to the customer portal
From the homepage of https://deppmann.com click Customer Portal at the top right of the navigation menu. Alternatively, open your browser and navigate directly to the log in page by going to https://store.deppmann.com. Bookmark this page so it is easy to find later.

Enter your username and temporary password
Use the credentials provided by Deppmann. Click Log In to access the portal.

Use account options, if needed
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to request a new one. If someone in your organization needs to set up a new account, they can contact their RL Deppmann salesperson or click Request Account Access from the login page.

Create a secure private password
For security, update your password the first time you log in. Go to My Account from the top navigation menu and Click Update Your Password, located under Settings. Enter a new secure password twice and click Update to save the change.

Navigate back to the home screen
To return to the homepage, click Home or you can also click on the RL Deppmann logo at the top left corner of the website.
Tips
Save the portal URL in your browser favorites or create a desktop shortcut for faster access.
If another person on your team needs access, request a separate account instead of sharing your login.

Use the forgot password option on the login page.
Can multiple employees use the same login?
Each employee should have their own account.
