Katherine graduated from Kettering University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Following graduation, she served as both an industrial engineer and plant ergonomics lead, gaining valuable management experience while driving process improvements and safe work environments. Katherine is excited to be part of the R.L. Deppmann team and looks forward to expanding her industry knowledge. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, and spending time outdoors tending to her garden.
