At the beginning of the year 2010, I contacted R.L Deppmann with an ongoing problem. Baseboard noise. This noise was so loud at times that staff on the third, fourth, and fifth floors could not carry on a phone or inner office conversation. This was a great problem being that these are Court Prosecutors Offices. I was then put in contact with Specialist Mark Fine. After letting Mark know basically what was going on, he said, why don’t I come out and have a look and listen. He came out promptly at the time we scheduled and he began to diagnose the problem. He balanced our pumps for us. He explained that we should go through the rest of the system to make sure the zones were balanced as well. Mark and I received many thanks from the Prosecutors. As well as in our quarterly staff meeting from the Higher up’s that manage Facilities Maintenance & Operations of Oakland County. After all the time that has past, one Prosecutor came up to me in October 2010 and thanked me for the job well done. Thanks again Mark for doing such an outstanding job. This could not have done it without your knowledge and expertise.

I would like to just take a moment of your time to report a Job Well Done by one of the R.L. Deppmann employees. His name is Mark Fine. Mark has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting the Dri-Steem humidifiers. I have (6) of these unit here at Washtenaw Community College, one electric, 3 gas fired, and 2 hi temp hot water units. We will be starting up a new GTS Dri-Steem unit on Friday with your Service Tech’s and I have requested that Mark be in attends for that start-up.
