Mark has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting the Dri-Steem humidifiers. I have (6) of these unit here at Washtenaw Community College, one electric, 3 gas fired, and 2 hi temp hot water units. We will be starting up a new GTS Dri-Steem unit on Friday with your Service Tech’s and I have requested that Mark be in attends for that start-up.
