i-Alert Condition Monitor by Bell & Gossett
The i-ALERT Condition Monitor (CM) is a compact, battery-operated monitoring device that continuously measures the vibration and temperature of the pump power end. Condition monitoring is a very useful tool that detects early pump failures and allows for improved maintenance scheduling and routine repairs prior to a catastrophic failure. Personnel intervention during early stages of pump component deterioration is a pro-active and cost effective way to reduce the life cycle costs for the pump.

Autocirc® Instant Hot Water System by Bell & Gossett
The autocirc is the most efficient system, turning on only when the system needs to be replenished with hot water. The pump is installed under the sink farthest from the water heater where hot water takes the longest to arrive. No recirculation line is required. Hot water will also be instantly available at all other faucets located on the hot water supply line between the water heater and the faucet where the autocirc is installed. Autocirc domestic hot water circulator has modern ECM technology with differentiating features: low energy consumption, lightweight, easy installation, small footprint, built-in 24 hour timer and available in fixed thermostat or adjustment ON thermostat.

Expansion Tanks by Bell & Gossett Bell & Gossett expansion tanks are designed to absorb the force of thermal expansion in hydronic heating and domestic potable water systems. Series HFT tanks for hydronic heating systems are available in sizes from 2 – 86 gallons. Tanks for potable water systems, Series PT and PTA (ASME construction) are available in sizes from 2 – 528 gallons. Series HFT is used in residential and light commercial applications. They help prevent excessive pressure in heating systems, increases system performance, reduces oxygen corrosion, prevents water logging and in-line and floor mount installation. HFT tanks have a maximum operation temperature 240° F and maximum working pressure of 100 PSI. Series PT are used in residential and commercial applications. PT tanks controls system pressure, protects plumbing fixtures, eliminates relief valve blow-off and FDA approved materials. They have high maximum operating temperatures and high working pressures of 150 PSI.

FS251 and FS254 General Purpose Liquid Flow Switches by McDonnell & Miller These flow switches incorporate key changes to address customer expressed needs of greater reliability and low flow sensing capabilities in a general purpose flow switch. Model FS251 and FS254 Flow Switches continuously monitor flow or no-flow conditions in a pipeline or system. They provide an electrical signal for starting or stopping signal lights, alarms, motors, automatic burners, metering devices and others. A few key features are common switching mechanism for both the FS251 and FS254. 1” NPTM brass pipe connection. 1”, 2”, 3” and 6” stainless steel paddles standard. Sensitivity adjusting screw makes flow adjustment easy. Measured flow rate sensing of 5.8 gpm in 1” pipe in horizontal pipe installations, which is 18% lower than measured flow of comparable general purpose flow switches from major competitors. Some typical applications are: hot water heating systems, hot water supply systems, copper tube boilers, pump systems, liquid chiller systems, and water cooled equipment.

NRF-25 3 Speed Circulator by Bell & Gossett The NRF-25 wet rotor circulator for hot water heating and the NBF-25 wet rotor circulators for domestic hot water recirculating systems are equipped with 3-speed motors, which allow the pumps to cover a wide range of pumping capabilities. Impact Sump Pump by Bell & Gossett The new Bell & Gossett Impact series of high-efficiency submersible wastewater pumps are designed for use in commercial and building services applications where wastewater or drainage must be disposed of quickly, quietly and efficiently. Featuring Bell & Gossett’s unique, self-cleaning impeller and casing, the Impact Pumps are specifically configured to process solids more easily and reduce clogging while improving hydraulic efficiency. The pumps operate at efficiencies exceeding market standards by 10-15%, consume less energy and last longer, even in high demand conditions. The Impact MK model pumps feature an air-filled motor, dual mechanical seal, and a specially designed seal chamber that improves overall pump efficiency and durability. This results in less wear of pump components over longer periods of time, reducing both maintenance and energy costs. The seals also feature superior leak detection and hard faces that endure abrasive conditions found in wastewater applications. For low volume wastewater applications, the Impact MV model features a vortex impeller that is also self-cleaning and more suitable for handling media that contain sand and other abrasive solids.
